Dear Recruits, Coaches, Parents, and the general basketball community,

The Women's Hoops Showcase on April 6th at the Discovery Sports Center (in MD) was a tremendous success.  Having over 70 girls, from across 5 states, and 5 different recruiting classes is partly what made it such a terrific and well-rounded recruiting showcase; and with more than 20 college programs affiliated, from as far North as New England College in New Hampshire, down to Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, Reel Athletics' inaugural Women's Hoops Showcase truly was a Regional Event!  Click for: Women's Hoops Showcase Recap Video.

I am very excited to say that every college coach was extremely pleased with the level of talent that the girls put on display, and coaches have already begun contacting recruits.

Based on the astounding positive feedback from athletes, parents, and college coaches, we are currently planning to second event in September.  As the buzz continues to spread among the college ranks, we anticipate an even larger amount of college programs to be involved in September, which is going to make this an event that you definitely want to be a part of, especially with your upcoming high school season being right around the corner.  Please email me to confirm your -or a player's- interest to take advantage of early registration savings!

I want to mention that a number of recruits also now have their individual recruit pages and recruiting highlight videos posted on www.ReelAthletics.net. This has already proven to be extremely beneficial on multiple fronts, as players and AAU coaches have been notifying and directing college coaches to the athlete's individual recruit page & video prior to club tournaments and college visits.  Furthermore, every athlete listed below is specially highlighted, with their recruit page & video directly linked to their profile in the updated packets that were electronically sent to college coaches following the event.  ALL participants also received their game DVDs in the recent weeks, which will prove to be a valuable commodity in dealing with college recruiters throughout the process.
