The Recruiting Process

Get NOTICED. Get RECRUITED.

More athletes are entering the recruiting process every year; however, as this total number
increases, the chances for the individual prospect to be noticed and therefore recruited,
diminishes greatly. The reality is that a college coach will only pursue the athletes that they
have seen play. Because recruiters do not have the time to closely analyze every athlete that
is out there, the length, construction, and clarity of the athlete's recruiting video is of
extreme importance.

To spark the interest of coaches and recruiters across the country and around the world,
clients of Reel Athletics take a proactive approach to their recruiting process. Reel Athletics
equips the athlete with multimedia tools that the athlete can use to market themselves across
multiple mediums.

An athlete must you must first Get NOTICED in order to get Get RECRUITED.

1) The first step in the process is to gather your game footage, and select your best all-around
football plays to be used in your recruiting video. To assist you with this initial phase,
Reel Athletics offers you the ability to make Camera Reservations... have Reel Athletics come
film your next game (or season)! All games are put on DVD and are ready for pick-up or
to be mailed typically within 24hrs of the event... allowing you to not just focus on your
performance, but critique it as well!

*A great alternative for any athlete that does not have an adequate amount of game footage
is a Position-Specific Skills Video

2) Reel Athletics uses the latest in digital technology to produce a
Recruiting
Video
that will separate the athlete from their competition.  Each recruiting video is catered
to showcase the athlete's position-specific skills, overall athletic ability, as well as their
unique attributes which will help to classify the recruit as one-of-a-kind; as a rare commodity.

Now that your name is on the lists of recruiters and coaches across the country, the next
step is to convert the coach/recruiter's initial interest into an informed decision to actively
recruit you.
