Congratulations to Eric Savage (Old Mill HS; '11) and Sarah Seipp (Gaithersburg HS; '11) on their team's advancement to the Maryland Boys and Girls 4A State Championship games!

Last night, Eric helped Old Mill defeat Urbana 73-64 at the Comcast Center.  Eric had 11 points, including one 3-pointer.

Earlier in the evening at UMBC, Sarah Seipp and the Gaithersburg Trojans took on Wise HS of PG County.  Seipp led the Trojans to a stunning 46-44 overtime win.  Sarah finished with a team-high 13 points, along with 8 rebounds, which helped trigger her team's 16 point comeback. Congratulations Eric and Sarah and best of luck on Saturday!!

On behalf of Reel Athletics, it is my honor to announce that Churchill guard, Jake Eskin (Churchill, '10), has committed to play next season at Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania.  Eskin was a new face this year for the Bulldogs, but quickly assumed the role as the team's captain and scoring leader.  The Crusaders program just got a great student-athlete for their program. Congratulations, Jake, on your choice!
